What being listed means, and what it doesn't

Every agency is assessed against the same seven criteria, whether it pays to be listed or not.

Being listed gives you more opportunities to share information about your agency. It does not affect your score or guarantee a position. Your position is based on your assessment against the seven criteria.

Packages

All packages allow your brand to be listed in the rankings if your agency qualifies. But, acquiring a paid package does not guarantee you will achieve a ranking position.

Why there is a fee

We charge a fee because producing and maintaining this guide takes time.

We review each agency in detail, check 248 sources, run a weekly set of prompts, and update the study regularly. The scoring covers a wide range of factors, but it cannot capture everything. Some information, such as private client results, proposal rates or the experience of individual specialists, may not be publicly available.

Agencies can share additional information with us. We review it, check what we can, and record it as either evidence or an agency claim. This work is included in the fee.

The fee also covers creating and maintaining your reviews profile, including collecting and moderating reviews about AI search.

If you want to be listed, you can pay for a review and profile. The fee covers our time and gives your agency a place in the guide. It does not guarantee a ranking or position.

Apply to be listed

Tell us about your agency. We're listing agencies that offer AI search visibility as a named service to buyers in the UK. Share your details and we'll confirm whether your agency is eligible.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we pay for a better position?

No. Paying for a listing does not guarantee to improve your position. It gives your agency the opportunity to take part in the study and provide information that is not available online. Your position is based on your score across seven criteria. We complete the scoring before we check which agencies have a commercial relationship with us.

What happens if we disclose something and our score goes down?

Your score can go down, although this is uncommon. We use the information you provide as evidence, so it can raise or lower your score. Usually, agencies provide accurate information that we could not find online, which helps us assess them more fully.

Do we have to be listed to appear in the ranking?

No. Most agencies in the study have never spoken to us. We assess and score the information they publish, then include the results in the ranking. Being listed gives your agency the option to provide more information and explain how you work.

Can we leave?

Yes. You can end the relationship at any time. Your agency may or may not remain in the study, and ending the relationship will not remove it from the published comparison or change its score.

How is the reviews profile different from Google?

It focuses on AI search. Most Google reviews for the twenty agencies in the study are not about AI search, so a five-star Google rating does not tell buyers much about that service. Our reviews profile looks specifically at feedback about AI search.
