Who are the best GEO agencies for Shopify stores?
Shopify stores need GEO agencies that understand both AI search and ecommerce. We reviewed all 20 agencies in our UK study, then weighted the ranking for Shopify-specific experience, client evidence and the factors that matter most to online stores.
Choosing a GEO agency for your Shopify business requires evidence that the agency understands ecommerce, product-led content and the way Shopify stores are built. This study looks for published Shopify client work, measurable AI-search results and the share of an agency's published clients that use Shopify. The ranking starts with the same seven-criteria assessment used across our main study of 20 UK agencies. We then give more weight to the evidence that matters most to Shopify stores. That means an agency can rank differently here than it does in the overall UK list. A generalist agency may score well across the wider study, while a Shopify specialist may have stronger evidence for this particular job. The useful question is which agency has evidence that matches your store, budget and growth plans.
Quick verdict
The top three SHOPIFY SPECIALIST GEO AGENCIES
These three agencies are strong all-rounders for Shopify stores. Each performs well against the seven main study criteria, then adds useful evidence from ecommerce, product-led content and AI-search work. Their case studies help show how that experience translates into measurable results.
Buried
Buried combines strong results across the wider study with the highest number of named Shopify results on this list. Its published work includes Pinter, where AI citations increased fourfold, and Atomic Cubes, which reached number one share of voice in ChatGPT and Gemini for its tracked prompts.
Charle
Charle has the strongest Shopify client mix in the study, with all 21 of its 21 published clients using Shopify. Its Cambridge Satchel and Rhute case studies include published AI-search figures, giving buyers evidence of platform experience alongside measurable GEO results.
Clickslice
Clickslice combines broad GEO evidence with the highest percentage of named results among the agencies ranked here. Its case studies cover National Private Investigators, Furl and Secure Redact, with reported changes in visibility or citation share. Knit in a Box also shows the agency testing its approach on its own subscription brand.
Key takeaways
- Buried leads this page with an 8.8 score. Its published Shopify evidence includes Pinter, where AI citations increased fourfold, and Atomic Cubes, which reached number one share of voice in ChatGPT and Gemini for its tracked prompts.
- Charle has the clearest Shopify specialism. All 21 of its 21 published clients are Shopify businesses, and Cambridge Satchel and Rhute both have published AI-search figures.
- A Shopify client mix helps, but it does not settle the ranking. This page combines Shopify evidence and client mix with the seven shared study criteria, then applies Shopify-specific weighting.
- Fewer than half of the twenty agencies name Shopify at all in the evidence reviewed for this page. Several agencies therefore appear in the wider ranking without a Shopify-specific assessment.
The full ranking
The table below applies the Shopify weighting to the twenty agencies in our UK study. Shopify evidence accounts for 30% of the total, the proportion of an agency's published client base that is Shopify accounts for 26%, and the remaining 44% comes from the seven shared criteria.
We scored each criterion from 1 to 10 using the evidence described in the methodology. The total is calculated from those scores and the Shopify weighting. It is not a separate editorial judgement.
Buried's row includes a disclosure panel in its detailed review. Its scores were assessed against the same five resources and standards as the other agencies, but readers should weigh that row differently when considering the ranking.

Why trust this ranking
This ranking is based on published evidence, with the Shopify-specific weighting explained in our methodology. We checked the same twenty UK agencies and kept the process separate from paid listings.
View methodologyWe score what a buyer can check, including client results, measurement, reviews, research, AI visibility, team and reputation, and pricing transparency. Shopify evidence is added where an agency publishes it. If the information is missing, we do not guess.
Sarah Rice has spent more than 30 years working with SEO and GEO agencies, PR agencies and brands. She reviews the published evidence and applies the same criteria across the study.
Agencies can pay to be listed, but payment does not affect their score or guarantee a ranking position. Each agency is assessed against the same seven criteria. Its position comes from the evidence behind that assessment.
The rankings use information reviewed in September 2026. Listed agencies are updated during the monthly review, and every score traces to a source shown through the methodology.

The ten highest-scoring agencies on this Shopify list, reviewed criterion by criterion. The seven main study scores stay the same across every ranking. This page changes the weighting for Shopify buyers and adds two Shopify-specific columns.
Buried
Bristol| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 7 | Four case studies name AI visibility, and three include a figure. Each states the client and period. One compares the result before and after against a named competitor. The case studies do not name the source of the figures. | 1234 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 10 | This is the clearest measurement approach in the study. Buried covers eight indicators, names three tools, gives a reporting rhythm and tracks six answer engines. Its reporting follows the journey through to leads and sales. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 9 | Buried achieves a perfect average across the available reviews. It is the only agency with a readable client review that specifically names GEO work. The reviews are recent. | 12 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | Buried covers the widest range of GEO subjects in the study. Its published work includes two original data studies with named authors and reviewers. The datasets measure AI interest by city, which sits some distance from how generative search behaves. | 1234 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 8.5 | Buried appears in the tracked AI answers more often than most agencies, placing it near the top of the field. This result is the same on every list. We measure an agency's own AI visibility once, so this score says nothing specific about Shopify work. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 8 | Buried publishes a team with AI-search expertise. LinkedIn shows roles focused on SEO rather than dedicated AI-search titles. We also checked the company's external record. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 9 | Buried publishes GEO pricing in tiers, matched to buyer size and itemised by deliverable. The site gives no minimum term or notice period. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 10 | Buried publishes Shopify client work with an AI-search figure attached. Two named Shopify stores appear: Pinter, and Atomic Cubes, which reached number one share of voice in ChatGPT and Gemini. |
Charle
LondonNew York| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 4 | Three pieces of client work include AI-visibility figures on a service page. Two clients are named. The figures give no starting point, period or measurement source. | 123 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 9 | Charle tracks citations, mention frequency, prompt match rates and traffic each month across four named engines. It publishes its own measurement platform. Reporting stops at traffic, with no link through to leads or revenue. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 7 | Charle has a high average across a modest number of reviews. They are all around a year old, cover Shopify build work and contain no mention of search. | 1 |
| Published research4.3% | 6 | Charle covers five distinct GEO subjects. The strongest piece is a methodological guide bylined by the chief executive. The site publishes no original dataset. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | – | Not rated. Charle joined our tracked prompt set too recently to produce a reading, so this criterion leaves its average unchanged. The same applies on every list. We measure an agency's own AI visibility once, and the result has no Shopify-specific element. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 6 | Charle says it has a Shopify and GEO team, with one person named. Neither the site nor LinkedIn gives anyone a GEO title. Shopify Plus Partner status supports the agency's Shopify credentials. We found no company record, so the founding date comes from Charle's own statement. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 8 | Charle publishes membership tiers and figures covering Shopify support. The GEO page gives no price, and no minimum term is published. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 10 | Charle publishes Shopify client work with AI-search figures attached. Cambridge Satchel and Rhute both have AI-search figures, and both are Shopify stores. Charle is an accredited Shopify agency whose published client base is entirely Shopify. |
Clickslice
London| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 8 | Clickslice publishes four dedicated answer-engine case studies. Each names the client and shows where visibility and citation share started and finished. The fourth concerns Clickslice's own brand, which the agency discloses. None gives a measurement period. | 1234 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 9 | Clickslice names its measurement instrument, builds prompt sets for individual clients and provides live dashboards. Reporting reaches leads, sales and revenue. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 8 | Clickslice has the highest review count in the study, with a strong recent average. The readable reviews cover search work. Two describe the sales process before the work began. | 12 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | Clickslice covers a broad range of AI-search subjects and publishes two calculators. Its strongest material takes a clear position on measuring visibility. Much of the AI content consists of agency rankings, and the site publishes no original dataset analysis. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 8 | Clickslice appears in the tracked AI answers more often than most agencies, placing it in the upper part of the field. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 9 | A LinkedIn role names AI search directly. An agency-of-the-year win and vendor partner accreditation add external evidence to the agency's record. | 12 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 7 | Clickslice publishes a starting monthly figure and an itemised link-building rate card. Its AI-search pages give no specific price, and no minimum term is published. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 3 | We reviewed all 28 Clickslice case studies and found no Shopify client with an attached AI-search result. The platform is never stated in the published client work. |
SEO Works
SheffieldLeedsBirminghamCoventry| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 8 | SEO Works publishes five pieces of client work that name AI visibility, the most in the study. The strongest names the client and period, then tracks the result through to revenue. None gives a starting point or names the measurement instrument. | 1234 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 8 | SEO Works explains what it tracks on its service pages and reports monthly. The work is tied to client targets. Case studies connect AI visibility with conversions and revenue, although they do not name the tools used. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 8 | SEO Works has a solid average across a large number of reviews. Two readable reviews specifically mention search work and are recent. A noticeable group of one-star reviews also appears in the wider review set. | 1 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | SEO Works publishes a substantial library of datasets, including research with clear sourcing and stated sample limitations. Some of the strongest work focuses on SEO and brand rather than generative search. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 9.5 | SEO Works appears in the tracked AI answers more often than almost any other agency, ranking second on this measure. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 7 | SEO Works has an established team and external evidence of its reputation. Its published material gives less detail about dedicated AI-search roles. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 8 | SEO Works publishes four pricing tiers with figures and explains who each tier suits. Five pieces of client work involving AI search provide further evidence of the service. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 3 | We reviewed every SEO Works case study and found no Shopify client with an attached AI-search result. |
Exposure Ninja

| Proven outcomes15.3% | 9 | Ten case studies mention AI visibility, and three include a figure. The strongest names the client, gives the period and tracks AI Overview presence and ChatGPT traffic through to conversions. None names the source of the figures. | 1234 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 6 | Exposure Ninja's audit explains what it assesses across five named platforms, and clients receive the full prompt library. The agency names no measurement instrument and gives no reporting rhythm for its AI work. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 8 | Exposure Ninja has a very large number of recent reviews and a strong average. Readable reviews cover search and website work, although none specifically mentions AI search. | 1 |
| Published research4.3% | 9 | One report provides original analysis with a stated method, counting which brands AI answers cite within a sector. The sample size is missing. Two further reports sit behind download forms. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 4.5 | Exposure Ninja appears only occasionally in the tracked AI answers, placing it in the lower half of the field. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 9 | Two formal job titles carry AI-search responsibilities. The chief executive speaks at major industry conferences. An agency-of-the-year title and a long list of award shortlists add further external evidence. | 1234 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 3 | Exposure Ninja publishes no price for its own services. An outside register carries a rate. The agency has also argued publicly that businesses should publish pricing. | 12 |

| Proven outcomes15.3% | 7 | One AI-search case study provides unusually detailed evidence. It names the client, covers a 12-month period, explains the tactics and links the figures to the tools behind them. It does not give the starting position. | 12 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 6 | Impression names three measurements, tracks prompts by topic and business, and follows reporting through to conversion and revenue. It describes the tracking software without naming it, and gives no reporting rhythm. | 1 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 8 | Impression has a strong average across a good number of reviews. One mentions search work, while the rest are more general. The newest readable review is around a year old. | 12 |

Polaris Agency
London| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 6 | Polaris Agency publishes one AI-search case study, and it is among the best evidenced in this section. The client is named and quoted, the starting position appears in figures, the period is stated and the change is substantial. The case study does not identify the measurement instrument. | 12 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 6 | Polaris publishes a full GEO service tree. Its tracking page names what it measures, and reporting reaches referral attribution and conversion. The agency builds the measurement stack around each client and names no platform. It gives no reporting rhythm. | 12 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 7 | Polaris has a decent average across a modest number of reviews. One names search work, one covers email marketing and one offers general praise. The newest review is a year old. | 1 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | Polaris covers more than six distinct AI-search subjects, and its playbooks take positions of their own. Where figures appear, the agency cites other sources. It publishes no original dataset analysis about generative search. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 7 | Polaris appears in our tracked AI answers a fair amount, placing it in the upper half of the field. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 7 | Polaris has a small team and no AI-search job title. Its search director on LinkedIn is the same person quoted in the AI case study, which supports both claims. A strong, recent run of search award wins adds external evidence. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 8 | Polaris has a dedicated pricing page with three tiers, figures and the team assigned to each level. That detail is unusual and useful. The tiers cover search, content and digital PR, while the GEO pages give no separate figure. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 3 | We reviewed every Polaris Agency case study and found no Shopify client with an attached AI-search result. |
Reboot
London| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 6 | Reboot publishes AI-search work with measurable results and explains the approach used. The evidence is stronger on methodology than on the source of the underlying measurements. | 123 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 7 | Reboot explains its GEO tracking and monitoring approach. It also publishes dedicated material about measuring AI visibility and conducting audits. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 6 | Reboot has the lowest review score in the study, based on a relatively small number of reviews. Around a third receive one star. Two readable reviews mention search work. | 12 |
| Published research4.3% | 10 | Reboot publishes a controlled GEO experiment that states its hypothesis and method, gives the full results and records where the experiment failed. The team planted a fact that appeared nowhere else, then tested whether AI models would repeat it. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 5 | Reboot appears occasionally in the tracked AI answers, slightly below the middle of the field. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 9 | Reboot publishes a dedicated AI-search job title, clearly identifies its leadership and has more than a decade of history. Agency recognition and conference speaking provide further external evidence. | 12 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 7 | Reboot publishes one figure for the service that performs the AI work and explains the entry point. It publishes no tiers, minimum term or notice period. | 1 |

Passion Digital
London| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 6 | Passion Digital publishes one AI-search case study with before-and-after visibility-share figures and a five-step method. The client is unnamed, and the source of the figures is not given. | 12 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 8 | Passion Digital gives its AI-search service several dedicated pages. It names the measures tracked across four engines, names two instruments including one of its own, builds prompts for each client and reports through to traffic and leads. It gives no sampling frequency. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 8 | Passion Digital has a strong average across a good number of reviews, all around a year old. One names search work. The rest are general, and one comes from a partner agency. | 12 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | Passion Digital covers seven distinct AI-search subjects. Its strongest piece explains how to identify AI crawlers that ordinary analytics miss. The material relies on other people's figures and includes no analysis of an original dataset. | 123 |

The same applies on every list. We measure an agency's own AI visibility once, and the result has no Shopify-specific element. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 7 | Passion Digital's team page and LinkedIn profile agree, and neither includes a role aligned to AI search. Award recognition and recent finalist places support the firm's reputation. The company record is clean. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 3 | Passion Digital publishes no price for any service. Its enquiry form includes a budget selector, but that only shows the bands the agency works within. It does not explain what each band buys. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 3 | We reviewed every Passion Digital case study and found no Shopify client with an attached AI-search result. |
Found
London| Criterion | Score | What we found | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proven outcomes15.3% | 3 | One case study names AI visibility. Its figure measures the share of citations attributed to content, so it shows attribution rather than a change in visibility. The case study gives no starting point, period or measurement instrument. Found reuses the same figure as proof across several service pages. | 123 |
| Measurement approach6.7% | 9 | Found publishes a full service tree covering individual answer engines. It names the measures tracked across five platforms, uses its own named product, tracks continuously and builds prompts for each client. Reporting stops at visibility and sentiment. | 123 |
| Reviews and references6.7% | 7 | Found has a strong average across a small number of reviews. One names search work, while the rest cover web projects and general praise. The newest review is two years old. | 1 |
| Published research4.3% | 8 | Found covers ten or more distinct AI-search subjects, and its strongest pieces take positions of their own. It publishes no original dataset analysis. | 123 |
| Their own AI visibility6.7% | 10 | Found appears in our tracked AI answers more often than any other agency in the study. | 1 |
| Team and reputation1.8% | 8 | Found publishes a large team, which LinkedIn corroborates. Neither source names an AI-search role. A director's headline uses AI wording, while award shortlists and wins provide further external evidence. | 123 |
| Pricing transparency2.4% | 8 | Found publishes three price bands with figures and explains what moves the price. It does not itemise what each band includes, and its AI-search pages give no separate figure. | 12 |
| Shopify evidence30% | 3 | We reviewed every Found case study and found no Shopify client with an attached AI-search result. |
This list has no fit column. Fewer than half of the twenty agencies say which platform their clients use, so there is not enough evidence to score it. The method drops that column rather than guessing. Every other agency appears in the same format on the main ranking and the methodology page.
How we score
We score every agency against the same seven criteria used in the main study. This page gives each criterion the weight that matters to a Shopify buyer, then adds Shopify-specific evidence and client mix where the agencies publish enough information to assess them.
Proven outcomes
We look for named client work showing an AI-search result that a buyer can check. Shopify evidence counts here when the case study names the platform and gives a figure, such as AI visibility or share of voice.
Measurement approach
We assess what the agency measures, which tools it uses, how often it reports and how much detail its reporting provides. Clear measurement matters when you need to connect AI-search visibility with the performance of a Shopify store.
Reviews and references
We review public client feedback for volume, recency and relevance to GEO or AI-search work. We also consider how useful that evidence is for a Shopify buyer assessing the agency's client experience.
Published research
We look for original research about AI search and GEO. Published work shows how clearly an agency explains its thinking before you ask it to apply that thinking to your store.
Their own AI visibility
We ask AI assistants questions that an agency's buyers might ask, then record how often the agency appears. This criterion uses the same underlying score as the main ranking.
Team and reputation
We examine who does the work, whether those people have a presence outside the agency website and how long the firm has been trading. The score helps show what kind of team you may be appointing.
Pricing transparency
We check whether you can find out what the agency charges before booking a call. Published pricing gives you a starting point for comparing Shopify GEO support, even though the final scope and cost will depend on your requirements.
The best Shopify GEO agency, 2026
The three highest scores on this page, followed by the agencies that lead on a single Shopify measure.
Buried
Buried scores 8.8 out of 10 on this list against 8.2 on the main ranking. It publishes Shopify client work with an AI-search figure attached. Two named Shopify stores with AI figures: Pinter, and Atomic Cubes at number one share of voice in ChatGPT and Gemini. 3 of the 7 clients it publishes work for belong to this list, a 43 per cent share.
Charle
Charle scores 7.4 out of 10 on this list against 6 on the main ranking, the largest move up of any agency here. It publishes Shopify client work with an AI-search figure attached. Cambridge Satchel and Rhute both carry AI-search figures and both are Shopify stores. An accredited Shopify agency whose entire published client base is Shopify. 21 of the 21 clients it publishes work for belong to this list, a 100 per cent share.
Clickslice
Clickslice scores 6.6 out of 10 on this list against 8.2 on the main ranking. We found no Shopify client work carrying an AI-search result anywhere in what it publishes.
SEO Works
SEO Works scores 6.6 out of 10 on this list against 8.1 on the main ranking. We found no Shopify client work carrying an AI-search result anywhere in what it publishes.
What a GEO agency costs
Six of the twenty agencies publish no figure at any level of detail. Three publish a price for the AI work itself. Others publish figures for different services, including web plans, Shopify support, training days and link placements. Third-party registers provide rates for several more. The figures below bring everything we found together into the price bands buyers are most likely to encounter.
| What you are looking at | Entry | Mid-market | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical monthly spend | £450 to £1,500 a month | £1,500 to £8,000 a month | £8,000 a month and above |
| What the money buys | A fixed scope: prompt research, a visibility baseline and a short list of fixes | Ongoing content, technical work and digital PR against a tracked prompt set | Multi-market or multi-brand programmes with named senior people on the account |
| Who publishes a figure | The two agencies that publish packages for the AI work itself | Most of the agencies that publish search retainers | Three agencies, two of which publish only a starting figure |
| What is almost never published | The minimum term and notice period | What each band actually includes, tier by tier | Anything at all on most sites |
| What to ask before the call | What happens in month one, and what the baseline is measured with | Which tool the reporting comes from, and how often it runs | Who is actually on the account, and what they have shipped |
The figures above give you a starting point, but price alone won't tell you whether an agency suits a Shopify store.
Ask what the monthly fee covers. A useful proposal should explain the work, the reporting and the expected timescale. It should also show how the agency will separate GEO activity from wider SEO, content or Shopify support.
Before the call, ask:
- Which Shopify clients has the agency worked with?
- Can it show a named client result that includes an AI-search figure?
- Which AI assistants and prompts will it monitor?
- How often will it report changes?
- What does the monthly fee include, and what costs extra?
- Who will do the work?
Shopify experience deserves particular attention because the platform creates practical constraints around templates, product information and technical changes. An agency can understand AI search and still need support from someone who knows how Shopify stores are built and maintained.
The public evidence is thin. Two UK agencies publish a Shopify client result with an AI-search figure, while fewer than half name Shopify at all. That makes a published Shopify example useful, but it also gives you a reason to ask for more detail before appointing anyone.
Agency, freelancer or in-house
The right route depends on the capability you already have, how quickly you need to start and whether GEO will stay a specialist task or become part of your wider marketing operation.
| Agency | Freelancer | In-house | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | £1,500 to £8,000 a month | £500 to £8,000 a month | From £4,000 a month |
| In its favour | Low initial commitment and a quick start. One retainer can give you several roles and specialisms, often with senior people involved. You can scale the work up or down as your needs change. | Quick to hire, with the lowest commitment of the three. You get one person who knows the discipline. | Once someone is in post, the hourly cost is lowest. Their whole week is available to your business. |
| Against it | You are one client among several, so the day rate buys less time than a salary. | The hourly cost is highest, and you have one person. Copywriting, development and digital PR usually sit outside their remit. | Hiring takes time, the commitment is long and a mid or senior-level hire has a high entry cost. |
| Suits you if | You want work under way within weeks and need more than one discipline. | You already have the surrounding skills and need one specialist. | GEO is a permanent part of how you take your business to market. |
A Shopify store often has someone managing SEO, content and product pages already. The gap usually appears when you need specialist GEO work as well, such as improving how your products are understood and mentioned in AI search.
An agency can bring several skills into the project quickly. A freelancer may suit a smaller store that needs focused help from one person. An in-house hire gives you the most control, but takes longer and costs more to recruit and support.
Use the cost ranges above as a starting point rather than a quote. Ask each provider how much of the work will focus on Shopify, who will do it, how they measure AI-search visibility, and what evidence they can share from similar stores. The published Shopify results on this page are a useful place to begin that conversation.

FAQs
Why is the order different from the main ranking?
The order differs because this page weights the evidence for Shopify stores. It gives more importance to Shopify-specific client work, ecommerce relevance and the factors that matter when selling through Shopify. The seven shared study criteria still apply, but their weights change for this buyer.
Can an agency pay to be in this table?
An agency can pay to be listed in the study, but payment does not guarantee a ranking position or affect its score. Every agency faces the same assessment against the seven criteria. A paid listing gives an agency more opportunities to share information, depending on the package.
Can an agency appeal its score?
An agency can share further information for consideration, but its score still has to follow the published method and evidence rules. Every score traces to a source, and the same seven criteria apply to all twenty agencies.
How often is this updated?
The ranking is updated during the monthly review. The information shown here comes from agency pages and public records reviewed in September 2026.
Which agencies are in the study?
The study covers twenty UK agencies selling AI search visibility. Each agency is assessed against the same seven criteria: proven outcomes, measurement approach, reviews and references, published research, its own AI visibility, team and reputation, and pricing transparency.
